Hi Warrior, I'm Hanne!

I'm an Eating Disorder Recovery Coach, fully recovered from anorexia, orthorexia, and chronic dieting since 2015. 

 

That's over 10 years of full recovery, and still going strong!

 

My coaching is grounded in lived experience, 9 years of deep client work, and formal training. I'm a Psychology graduate, a Certified Mental Health First Aider, and NEDC-trained in eating disorders, coaching and a wide range of mental health domains.

My approach is evidence-based, compassionate, and deeply practical, combining nutritional rehabilitation, neural rewiring, and structured somatic strategies to help you build real and lasting freedom.

I know what it's like to feel trapped, and I know what it takes to break free.
